Rescuers Helped This Adorable Puppy Find A Foster Home And Then Her Life Changed Forever

When Pippi was first taken in by her amazing rescuers from Perfectly Imperfect Pups in North Carolina, she was a bit shy and didn’t know what to make of people around her.

It’s safe to assume that she has been through a rough time and will probably need time before she trusts another human being.

The shelter staff thought the best way to help her was to take her to a foster home where she could get used to living in a house with someone wonderful, so they started their search.

Even before she found a foster home, Pippi’s rescuers noticed that she was already changing. She was more cheerful and even started interacting with other dogs.

This was a good sign because it meant that she would fit in well with her foster family. Eventually, one of the staff would find someone wonderful.

She took Pippi to meet her foster family and she was just delighted to see them. Her new mom, Angela, was shocked when she immediately burst into the house and started exploring.

The other dogs looked surprised but happy to see Pippi. She noted that it looked like she had spent her whole life there. It was just adorable.

Angela told The Dodo: “She just came in, and it was like she was always here. She just fit in so well.

She was having the time of her life, even though it was just her first day there. It was at that moment that her foster parents knew she would be okay.

After she settled in, the rescuers told Angela that Pippi had some medical issues. She would get seizures every once in a while, and it’s something they have to look out for.

Angela said: “I am a stage 4 colorectal cancer patient. Two years now, I’m cancer free. And I said I am going to take in and foster a dog in honor of each of the doctors that saved my life.

She Deserves The Best

After that, her life has changed forever. She rescued so many dogs and gave them a new home, and she has no intentions of stopping now.

When Pippi started getting used to his life there, she noted that the dog had to work on her manners for a little bit because she just enjoyed making a mess.

Otherwise, she was a very fun dog who just liked having a good time whenever she could. Angela would take her to the veterinarian clinic in North Carolina to help treat her medical problems, and she was making an amazing recovery.

Everyone was so proud of her, and they got along well. However, the person she seemed to care for the most was her foster dad.

The two enjoyed relaxing and just enjoying their quiet time. They understood each other well in that regard.

Even though Angela is heartbroken by the idea that she has to let her go, she knows it’s the best thing for her, and it will allow her to foster another pup who needs help.

She said: “She looks at you like she knows that you care for her, and she wants you to know she cares right back at you.

It’s sad knowing that they will separate someday, but I am just amazed by how much Pippi has changed in Angela’s care. It really gives me hope that she will find someone amazing in the future.
