Heartbroken Doggo Siblings Looked Out For Each Other As Cruel Hoomans Continued To Break Their Hearts

Admin

Hearing about the hardships that stray dogs face while living on the streets is enough to make a grown man cry.

I can’t even imagine how scared and hungry they are, trying to navigate this harsh, scary world.

Luckily, there are hoomans who dedicate their lives to saving these little fur babes and providing them with a life truly worth living.

In today’s story, I introduce Lina and Sophie – two puppy siblings whose lives improved thanks to wonderful humans.

Things Do Get Better In The End

Lina and Sophie had spent their childhood sheltering in construction sites, hiding away from the dark and scary world. Since a construction building is no place for little pups, their safety was constantly threatened.

From the dangerous environment to the unkind people who threw stones at them, Lina and Sophie developed a great fear of people.

But what’s even more heartbreaking is the fact that the construction workers, wanting to get rid of the pups, made a plan to put poison in their food.

Luckily, as soon as a rescue team heard about their scary fate, they gathered their supplies and made their way down to the location, determined to get the furry siblings in their care.

After hours of effort, the rescuers finally managed to get Lina and Sophie into a kennel. They were then able to transport them to the shelter where the animals received thorough medical examinations.

Days later, even though the pups were still scared, their health appeared to be improving. Unfortunately, both the pups suddenly contracted Parvovirus, an infectious DNA virus that commonly causes severe illness in young and unvaccinated dogs.

This was a big blow to the pups but their hoomans refused to give up on them.

Road To Recovery

The shelter staff took these sweet girls to the vet where they received round-the-clock care. Thankfully, after several weeks of love and medication, the pups made a full recovery!

However, their recovery journey was not over yet.

The staff now had to work on rebuilding Lina and Sophie’s confidence.

With some hard work and a lot of patience, these doggo siblings slowly started coming out of their shells and showing off what fun girls they could really be.

As days went by, these furry siblings became completely unrecognizable. They went from hiding away to running around the shelter having the time of their lives.

That is why it came as no surprise when a loving family noticed them and decided to offer them a loving forever home!

The girls are all grown up now and living the best life ever.

They no longer have to watch out for cruel hoomans or search for a place to sleep. They now have an incredible family that makes sure they have everything their little hearts desire.

A big thank you to every hooman who made all this possible. And to every other animal rescuer out there, I want you to know that you truly are making this world a better place.

Thank you!
