Just like humans need to visit a hairdresser from time to time to look good, dogs also need grooming. In addition to beautification, grooming is very important for dogs’ hygiene, which directly affects their health.
All in all, there are many reasons for a dog to be subjected to the clipping scissors and responsible owners know this very well. It was the same with one woman from New York who one day saw that her dog was on the verge of mating and that he needed immediate grooming.

From Cutie To Gremlin
Before his mom subjected him to grooming in her own arrangement, this Maltese and Pit Bull mix was truly a little cutie. However, at one point, his fur threatened to cover even his eyes, as can be clearly seen at the beginning of the TikTok video posted by @lexii_621.
Before he even got into the hands of his owner, who thought she was an excellent groomer, this dog was so excited he couldn’t stop jumping for joy. He was absolutely unaware of what was in store for him.
It took this woman four hours to complete her “masterpiece”, but the closer this process got to the end, the more her smile turned into a straight line.
When she was finally done, the smile was gone as she stared at the half-naked dog who was 15 pounds lighter and had twice the ears.
The caption of the video best shows how his owner felt at that moment: “When your truly a Gremlin inside 😭😭😭😭 Wheres my fluffy baby?”
The positive thing is the fact that her dog whom she “massacred” was extremely happy because he no longer had to carry so much fur on his back.
However, in order to keep it that way, she will definitely have to remove all mirrors from the house, at least for a while.

As expected, this hilarious video attracted a lot of attention, but even the New York-based dog owner who posted it on TikTok did not expect it to be to this extent.

It is certainly always better to call an expert to do the job properly, but it is also the fact that mistakes are sometimes the best way to learn.
And if it wasn’t for this mistake, the video that managed to make so many people laugh and cheer up would never have happened.
