We all know that this particular breed makes one of the greatest family dogs in the world, which is why it’s quite easy to set boundaries for them or teach them how to behave in certain situations.
Still, teaching your puppy socialization is a must despite the breed, but it seems that Rocky, a full-blooded GSD, is really rocking in that regard! He has been a good boi since the day that he was born, and socialization lessons – he doesn’t seem to need any!
Recently, a cute video of Rocky and a baby duckling caught the attention of millions, displaying this purebred boy meeting his unusual friend for the first time ever!
The Unlikely Friendship Between Rocky And Duckling
At first, he was a little confused seeing his new friend swimming in a pool that daddy set up in the garden, so he decided to look from a proper distance. But, that didn’t take long! Rocky got very curious, so he decided to step a little closer.
The baby duckling was so cute, and it seemed to be having some fun. And, where there’s fun – there’s Rocky!
He slowly crawled into the pool and decided to go for a swim, himself!
“Oh, what a great way to cool off on this hot, summer day” was probably something Rocky would say if he could speak!
And, the duckling – why is she so shy?
It took a minute or two for Rocky’s new friend to get used to him taking up all the space in the pool, but eventually, she embraced him well! The two looked adorably cute together, all lovey-dovey and curious about each other.
After a short introduction in the pool, Rocky decided to leave the stage to the duckling and get out. He just wanted to greet her. No big deal! So, he got back to his initial, pawdorable position and continued to look at her swim!
Rocky Has Other Friends, Too
GSDs are not only great around ducklings. They’re also good with cats, dogs, and other pets, and Rocky’s proof of that!
He already has so many feline friends that being around one is just another casual day for him!
And, the rabbits? He just pawdores them!
That’s right! Rocky has a whole bunch of unusual friends with whom he frolics around almost every day! And, he’s just the sweetest boy in the world around them!
He’s Now A Big, Pawesome Boy
Today, Rocky’s a fully-grown canine who enjoys spending time with his dad! He takes walks, meets new friends, and has countless adventures on a daily basis.
You can even keep track of his escapades on his dad’s official YouTube channel, as Rocky’s a long-time superstar! He enjoys being under the spotlight, but the truth is – his dad’s arms are still his favorite place!
