There is something profoundly distressing about seeing a heartbroken puppy after he was abandoned by his owner.
Their human companion means everything to them, and losing that connection must hurt in the worst way possible. They don’t deserve that.
This adorable little puppy was in the same boat on that matter. When she was still very young, her owner just decided to leave her on the street in Alabama.
While her situation seemed desperate at first, a kind person noticed what she was dealing with, so she decided to do something about it.
A Horrible Heartbreak
Kelly opened the door of her house and was shocked to see this little furry baby hugging the brick wall.
She looked a bit afraid as she didn’t know this woman. Kelly was shocked to think that somebody would just dump her on this street.
The puppy started slowly crawling to her. She was heartbroken when she saw her little tail wag. This little baby started having hope that Kelly would help her.
She signaled to her that she needed help but looked like she didn’t want to overstep her boundaries as this was not her home.
Kelly posted a video on TikTok about this situation. She said: “Not again. This poor baby is breaking my heart. I’ll never understand how humans can be so cruel.”
Judging by her response, it’s pretty clear that she had this experience sometime in the past. The idea that people dump dogs on her street is horrible.
Someone needs to do something to make sure this doesn’t happen. This is such cruelty, and no pup deserves to end up in a situation like this.
Kelly Gave Her A Chance
The woman decided to pet the puppy to see if she would relax. She looked completely at ease in Kelly’s presence.
Now that she realized things were looking up, she had to figure out some kind of a plan to help the dog.
She asked around on her street and found that one of her neighbors might actually be interested in adopting this sweet little puppy.
After some time had passed, they changed their minds, and the puppy was still with Kelly. She decided to take her to a shelter in Alabama where she would receive better care.
Currently, the veterinarians have to first make sure she is healthy. They will have to vaccinate her first before she is placed on an adoption list.
With some time and care, hopefully, this furry baby will find a worthy companion who will always care for her.
While we don’t know what will happen next in her story, I hope that she is living her best life and getting the love she deserves.
