Every once in a while, I come across a dog story that makes me absolutely heartbroken. It’s normal to feel this way.
However, what is not okay is the abuse and neglect that so many pups are suffering through in this world.
They are our most loyal companions and have been at our side for thousands of years, aAnd this is how we repay their kindness. It’s truly sickening to see how some people can be so cruel.
Malala’s story is a chilling example of this. She was tied to a chain in a puddle of water and surrounded by a pile of trash. She had no hope until someone really special arrived to help.
A New Day For Malala
After a kind rescuer saw the condition Malala was in, the woman was completely appalled by what she saw.
She couldn’t believe that somebody would put a sweet dog through this torture. She looked incredibly sick as well.
The only place she could sit on was a brick in the middle of the puddle. She had no food and clean water. Despite this, she looked incredibly happy to see another human being.
Her rescuer could just tell that she was excited to see someone. Malala regained hope about her situation and realized that she was going to be okay.
The woman immediately drove her to a veterinarian clinic where she received emergency care. After giving her all of the necessary treatment, this poor pup was finally out of the woods.
They kept Malala there for observation, but she was ready to be released and into the care of her rescuer. She took her into the shelter where she could socialize and meet new friends.
Malala’s New Family
In the meantime, the staff there would work tirelessly to help her find a new family. It would be someone who would treat her with the love and respect she deserves.
Malala would be very happy to see the other workers there because they always treated her with kindness.
Everyone was overjoyed to see this because it meant that she still believed in other humans. Finding her a new home will probably take less time than they imagined.
She is eating really well and has regained a lot of weight. While she still has a long way to go, seeing her health improve has been amazing for the rescuers.
After placing her on an adoption list, they were even surprised to realize she had found her forever home pretty quickly.
Everyone was incredibly excited by this fact. They took Malala to her new home and she is now enjoying life with an amazing family.
It’s truly heartwarming to see how her story turned around so quickly. She went from living her life in chains to having the most wonderful people who care deeply for her.
If Malala’s story can show us anything, it’s that rescuer’s jobs are always hard. However, in moments like these, everyone remembers how amazing it feels to give these amazing pups the chance they deserve.
