Today is my birthday but it’s also the day I was abandoned 2 years ago

Hony is a poor puppy, abandoned since childhood. Two years ago, on a cold, rainy night, his world had shattered. Abandoned as a tiny pup, he’d been left to fend for himself, a fragile creature in a harsh, unforgiving environment. Today, his second birthday was a stark reminder of that fateful day.

The world, once filled with the comforting scent of his mother, was now a cacophony of unfamiliar sounds and smells. Hunger, cold, and fear were his constant companions. He was a shadow in the bustling metropolis, a creature existing on the fringes of human life.

As the day wore on, a sense of despair washed over him. He sought solace in a quiet corner, a place where he could be alone with his thoughts. The city lights were a distant, cold beauty, offering no warmth or comfort. He curled into a ball, his body trembling from cold and loneliness. In the darkness, he dreamt of his mother, of her warm milk, of the safety of her embrace. But when he woke, reality was a harsh slap in the face.

Another day had passed, another birthday marked by solitude. Hony was a survivor, a fighter, but the weight of his young life was heavy on his small shoulders. Yet, in the depths of his puppy heart, a flicker of hope remained. Perhaps, just perhaps, one day, he would find a home, a place where he would be loved and cherished.
